目的:大孔树脂提取法提取栀子有效部位的工艺对比实验,利用洗脱方式的不同来达到最佳的提取工艺条件和方法,为大孔树脂提取法提取栀子有效部位大生产提供实验依据。方法:以栀子苷含量为指标,对正、反洗脱方法提取栀子有效成分的含量测定以及乙醇用量来筛选栀子苷的最佳大孔树脂洗脱条件。结果:反向洗脱乙醇用量比正向洗脱节约30%。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the technology of extracting effective parts of gardenia with macroporous resin extraction method, and to use the different elution methods to achieve the best extraction conditions and methods, and to provide experimental basis for the extraction of effective parts of gardenia by macroporous resin extraction. . Methods: With the content of geniposide as the index, the content of the effective components of Fructus Gardeniae extracted by the positive and negative elution method was determined, and the amount of ethanol was used to select the optimum elution conditions of geniposide macroporous resin. Results: The amount of reverse elution ethanol was 30% less than positive elution.
