本文分析了不修端的 JB2940—81型双圆弧齿轮在不同的螺旋角β时Δε(轴向重合度ε_β中的尾数)对接触应力和对齿向中部弯曲应力的影响。分别在强度计算公式中引入Δε的影响系数 K_(HΔε)和 K_(FΔε).本文提供了这两个系数的曲线组.这两个系数的数值同轴向重合度ε_β中的整数μ_ε无关,并且这两组曲线差别不大,故可合用,则可简称为接触迹系数 K_(Δε).对于不修端的圆弧齿轮,常常出现崩角破坏.本文计算了端部齿根应力和中部齿根应力的比值,即齿端系数 Y_(End),并绘出了曲线组.本文同时进行了初步的电测试验,试验结果和计算所得数据基本吻合.
This paper analyzes the influence of Δε (mantissa of axial coincidence ε_β) on the contact stress and the denture-to-center bending stress at different helix angles β for the uncoated JB2940-81 double arc gear. The influence coefficients of Δε, K_ (HΔε) and K_ (FΔε) are respectively introduced into the formula of strength calculation.The paper provides a set of curves of these two coefficients.The values of these two coefficients are independent of the integer μ_ε in the co-axial coincidence ε_β, And the two groups of curves are not very different, so it can be used, it can be referred to as the contact coefficient K_ (Δε) .Under the arc gear repair, chipping damage often occurs.This paper calculates the end of the tooth root stress and the central tooth Root stress ratio, that is, the tooth end coefficient Y_ (End), and draw the curve group.This paper also conducted a preliminary electrical test, the test results and the calculated data are basically consistent.
