城市道路交通管理规划是城市可持续性发展的前提和基础,现分析介绍了我国城市道路交通管理规划的现状,阐述了交通管理规划的目的、内容、层次及过程,论述了交通需求预测的分析方法及其相应交通需求模型在交通管理规划中的应用。现以哈尔滨市道路交通管理规划为例分析介绍了中国城市交通管理规划的实践成果。
Urban road traffic management planning is the premise and foundation of urban sustainable development. Nowadays, the status quo of urban road traffic management planning in our country is analyzed. The purpose, content, level and process of urban traffic management planning are expounded, and the analysis of traffic demand forecast Method and Its Corresponding Traffic Demand Model in Traffic Management Planning. Take Harbin Road Traffic Management Plan as an example to analyze and introduce the practical achievements of China’s urban traffic management plan.
