建筑业是我国国民经济的重要物资生产部门。随着国民经济的发展,我国的城市建设、村镇建设、住宅建设等的规模不断扩大,建筑业已逐步发展为国民经济的重要支柱产业之一。建筑业的发展是影响经济增长与衰退、繁荣与萧条的重要因素之一。BIM作为一种信息沟通平台,是信息化技术在建筑业的直接应用的结果;认识并发展BIM、实现行业的信息化转型已是势不可挡的趋势;本文结合具体工程,详述BIM技术及其在施工阶段的应用价值。
Construction industry is an important material production department of our national economy. With the development of the national economy, the scale of urban construction, village and town construction and housing construction in our country has been continuously expanded. The construction industry has gradually developed into one of the important pillar industries in the national economy. The development of the construction industry is one of the important factors that affect economic growth and recession, prosperity and depression. As an information communication platform, BIM is the result of the direct application of information technology in the construction industry. It is an overwhelming trend to recognize and develop BIM and realize the information transformation of the industry. In this paper, BIM technology is described in detail.
