本溪钢铁公司热轧厂的1150板坯初轧机,是我国自行设计、制造的一台大型的万能式板坯初轧机。轧机设备于74年二季度制造完毕,四季度开始安装;75年6月,安装工程基本上完成;经调整试车后,于8月初进行了试生产,并取得一次试轧成功的可喜成果。这套轧机是为1700热连轧机提供板坯的。坯料钢锭的规格为:620～950×900～1760×1800～2600毫米,单重10～27吨;成品板坯的规格为120～200×800×1600×2000～9000毫米(厚×宽×长)。轧件的材质主要为普通炭素钢,其余有少量的不锈钢和低合金钢。轧机的设计年产量为250～300万吨(按钢锭计)。轧机的均热跨与主轧跨成 T 字形布置。均热跨内,设有一台钢丝绳牵引的侧翻斗运
Benxi Iron and Steel Company hot rolling mill 1150 slab mill, China’s own design and manufacture of a large universal blank slab mill. The mill equipment was completed in the second quarter of the year 74 and was installed in the fourth quarter. In June 75, the installation was basically completed.
