曲斜7井是在老井φ311mm技术套管以下231m(井深1720m)处裸眼中侧钻的一口双靶深定向探井,设计井深3389m,最大井斜角53°,水平位移952m。在井下严重垮塌、井径大、有S形井段的情况下,钻至2598m接单根时发生压差粘附卡钻。经2次泡水基解卡剂和打携砂液清除岩屑床、降低钻井液密度处理均无效,后用气举降压解于一次成功。文中介绍了气举降压解卡的原理和现场施工工艺。该方法的优点是简便、快捷、费用低、效果好,且不改变原有钻井液的性能。
