船泊用7G12滑块(图1),是一个由圆柱体与近似长方六面体(其中一个面是弧形面)组成的零件。其棱边均要倒角,前后两个平面是带有交叉油槽和有公差要求的工作面。从使用角度看,要求有高的密度和允许比较低的含油率。该零件采用粉末冶金工艺直接成形,与用机加工相比,减少了工序、机加工设备及工时,大大提高了材料利用率,经济效益显著。但粉末冶金成形压模的设计也有许多困难之处;①其倒角部位最好直接成形;②圆柱体部位的外径尺寸大于六面体部位
The 7G12 slider (Fig. 1) is a part of a boat consisting of a cylinder with an approximate cuboid (one of which is an arcuate surface). The edges must be chamfered, front and back two planes with cross-groove and tolerance requirements of the work surface. From the point of view of use, high densities are required and relatively low oil rates are allowed. The parts are formed directly by powder metallurgy process, compared with machining, reducing processes, machining equipment and working hours, greatly improving the material utilization, significant economic benefits.
