青岛机务段于1996年开始配属DF_4C型内燃机车,经过三年的运用与检修,发现DF_4C型机车的增压器和中冷器的故障较多,使机务段不断发生机破和临修。1 故障情况 C型机车增压器在运用中,每年发生机破与临修30余件,直接影响着运输生产,机车回段后解体发现有3种情况:①增压器压气机端喷油;②增压器涡轮端喷油,涡轮叶片轴向移动;③增压器涡轮端喷油,涡轮叶片被打坏。 在机车运用过程中及小辅修时,经常发现C型机车稳压箱排污阀有水排出,经检查后发现中冷器漏水。因中冷器漏水每年造成临修60余件,小辅修时,每日更换中冷器15台左右
