国家科学技术学术著作出版基金(以下简称“学术著作出版基金”)于1997年由国务院批准设立,其宗旨是贯彻国家的科技政策和出版方针,繁荣科技出版事业,推动国家创新驱动发展战略实施。学术著作出版基金面向全国,专项用于资助自然科学和技术科学方面优秀的和重要的学术著作的出版。坚持“有限目标,突出重点,打造精品,走向世界”的发展目标,按照“自由申请、公平竞争、专家评议、择优支持”的原则,资助基础性、前瞻性和战略性科技学
The State Science and Technology Academic Publications Fund (hereinafter referred to as “Academic Publications Fund”) was approved by the State Council in 1997. Its purpose is to implement the state’s science and technology policies and publishing guidelines, to prosper the publishing of science and technology and to promote the national innovation-driven development strategy Implementation. The Academic Publication Foundation is nationally dedicated to the publication of outstanding and important scholarly works in support of science and technology in nature. We will adhere to the development goal of “limited goals, focus on key points, build top-quality products and go global”, and subsidize basic, forward-looking and strategic science and technology according to the principle of “free application, fair competition, expert appraisals and merit-based support”
