鉴于目前国内生产球铁铸件的现状， 讨论了生产球铁铸件在熔炼设备、铁液温度、金属液成分、球化孕育处理、铸型工艺及铸造缺陷的预防等方面应掌握的技术要点，供同行们参考。
In view of the current status of domestically produced ductile iron castings, the technical points that should be grasped in the production of ductile iron castings in melting equipment, hot metal temperature, molten metal composition, spheroidization, mold technology and prevention of casting defects are discussed.
