1.形态特征 青虾属节肢动物门,甲壳钢,十足目,游泳亚目,长臂虾科,沼虾属。青虾体型粗短,体色青蓝,半透明,并有棕绿色的斑纹,故名青虾,但体色常随栖息环境而变化。青虾的体外披一层坚硬的几丁质外骨骼,为保护内部柔软的机体和附着筋肉之用,惟在体节之间连以薄而柔韧的膜,使体节可自由活动。
