本文选取了10个中国香菇野生种和2个栽培种.采用RAPD技术进行遗传差异测定.16个随机引物共扩增出118条DNA带,在此基础上分析并构建了遗传相关聚类图.结果表明,我国的香菇野生资源存在着较大的遗传差异,10个野生种菌株之间的遗传相似性在50%~80 %之间.
In this paper, 10 Chinese wild mushrooms and 2 cultivars were selected, and RAPD technique was used to determine the genetic differences. A total of 118 DNA bands were amplified by 16 random primers. Based on this analysis, a genetic related cluster map was constructed. The results showed that there was a large genetic difference in the wild mushroom resources in China. The genetic similarity among 10 wild strains was between 50% and 80%.
