三甲醇丙烷蓖麻油聚氨酯互穿网络由2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯与三甲醇丙烷在烯类单体(甲基丙烯酸甲酯、苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯等)作溶剂反应形成氨酯加成物的溶液,再与蓖麻油、过氧化苯甲酰和二丁基二月桂酸锡反应生成。研究了其合成条件、机械性能、电性能、耐水及耐油性能等。结果表明,其邵氏A硬度可达88,拉伸强度最高可达15.18MPa,断裂伸长在120%~180%,永久形变在2%以下,耐水耐油性能良好。同时,其体积电阻系数和表面电阻系数在10(12)~10(13)。
Trimethylolpropane castor oil polyurethane interpenetrating network by 2,4-toluene diisocyanate and trimethylolpropane in the ethylenic monomer (methyl methacrylate, styrene, butyl acrylate, etc.) as solvent reaction to form urethane adduct Solution, and then with castor oil, benzoyl peroxide and dibutyl tin dilaurate reaction generated. The synthesis conditions, mechanical properties, electrical properties, water and oil resistance were studied. The results show that Shore A hardness can reach 88, tensile strength up to 15.18MPa, elongation at break from 120% to 180%, permanent deformation below 2%, water resistance and oil resistance. At the same time, the volume resistivity and surface resistivity of 10 (12) ~ 10 (13).
