本研究观察了五子衍宗液对雄性大鼠下丘脑单胺类递质、性激素和生育能力的影响。结果表明,该方可升高老龄大鼠下丘脑去甲肾上腺素(NE)含量,降低5-羟色胺(5-HT)含量和5-HT/多巴胺(DA)比值;升高老龄大鼠血浆睾酮(T)含量,降低雌二醇(E_2)/T比值;提高雄性大鼠精子活动度、精子计数和生育能力。
This study was to observe the effects of Wuzi Yanzong liquid on hypothalamic monoamine transmitters, sex hormones and fertility in male rats. The results showed that this prescription can increase norepinephrine (NE) content in the hypothalamus of aged rats, decrease serotonin (5-HT) content and 5-HT/DA ratio, and increase plasma testosterone in aged rats. (T) content reduces estradiol (E 2 )/T ratio; improves sperm activity, sperm count and fertility in male rats.
