现代教育观认为教育应面向全体学生,使所有学生都得到更好的发展。高中数学学习困难生作为高中生一个重要组成部分,在以高考为核心的考试制度下却被忽视。他们人数众多,也是一股强大的潜在力量有待挖掘。因此,转化高中数学学习困难生是高中教学一大重点。学困生成因错综复杂可以将其类型进行外在因素归因和内在因素归因。结合数学学科特点及自己的教学实际,进一步探讨高中数学学习困难生的转化策略,本着“因材施教,人人学有价值”的教学的观点,谈谈对高中数学学习困难生转化的看法。
The modern view of education holds that education should be for all students so that all students will get better development. High school mathematics learning difficulties students as an important part of high school students, under the college entrance examination as the core of the examination system has been neglected. Their large population is also a powerful potential force to be explored. Therefore, the transformation of high school mathematics learning difficulties students is a high school teaching a major focus. Students with learning difficulties can be attributed to their types due to intricacy and attribution of internal factors. Based on the characteristics of mathematics and its own teaching practice, this paper further explores the transformation strategies of high school mathematics students with learning difficulties. Based on the teaching of “teaching students in accordance with their aptitudes and valuing everyone”, the author discusses the viewpoints of the transformation of students with learning difficulties in high school mathematics .
