黎雄才(1910—2001年)是中国当代画坛的重要画家,也是岭南画派最有影响的传人之一。他早年跟随肇庆民间画师学画,已显示出过人的艺术天分。后被高剑父发现,遂得春睡画院学画,此后又送其赴日留学。高剑父生前称其山水画为“中国第一”。黎雄才从艺多年来,创作了大量画作,尤以其风格独特的“黎家山水”饮誉艺坛,他的山水作品影响跨越岭南,在画坛享有崇高的地位。
Li Xiongcai (1910-2001) is an important painter in the contemporary Chinese painting society and one of the most influential descendants of the Lingnan School of Painting. Early in his life, Zhaoqing folk painter studied painting, which has shown extraordinary artistic talent. After being discovered by Gao Jianfu, he had to learn to draw painting in spring and then sent him to study in Japan. Gao Jianpao called his landscape before his death as “China’s first.” For many years, Li Xiongcai has created a large number of paintings, especially his unique style of “Li Family Landscape”. His works of landscapes spanned Lingnan and enjoyed a high status in the field of painting.
