学报建设与高校高水平发展的和谐互动,能助推高校四大职能的实现。民办高校作为目前高等教育领域中一支强劲增长的力量,其学报质量更是推进其学术交流、进步及提升学术水平的重要因素。基于民办高校学报发展的现状,文章认为:民办高校非常需要创办自己的学报;国家应该重视民办高校学报的创办与管理,尤其是对符合条件的民办高校应在公开刊号的申请上给予支持;民办高校应重视学报建设并着力提升学报质量,充分发挥学报在高水平民办高校建设中的作用。
The Harmonious Interaction Between the Construction of Journals and the Development of Higher Education Institutions Can Promote the Implementation of Four Functions of Colleges and Universities. As a powerful growth force in the field of higher education, private colleges and universities, the quality of their journals is also an important factor to promote their academic exchanges, progress and enhance academic standards. Based on the status quo of the development of journals in private colleges and universities, the article holds that it is very necessary for private colleges and universities to start their own journals. Countries should attach importance to the establishment and management of journals of private colleges and universities. In particular, private colleges and universities that meet the requirements should give their support in their applications. Private Colleges and Universities Should Pay Attention to the Construction of Journals and Make Great Efforts to Improve the Quality of Journals and Give Full Scope to Their Role in the Construction of High - quality Privately - run Colleges and Universities.
