(December 18, 2015) According to the work arrangements of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People’s Congress, under the leadership of the deputy director in charge of the work committee of the Municipal People’s Congress, we conducted a survey on the promotion of scientific and technological progress and industrial restructuring and upgrading in our city in late November. We held the relevant municipal government departments, business incubator base, high-tech enterprises and new R & D institutions forum, listened to the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau responsible person’s work report, collected the relevant departments and enterprises to speed up scientific and technological innovation in our city to promote industrial restructuring and upgrading work
