黑液是碱法造纸时所产生的废液,具有潜在碱的性质,可作为三元复合驱的一种组分,配成黑液-表面活性剂-聚合物体系(简称黑液体系),用于驱油。本文用准三组分相图,针对新疆试验区条件,研究了这一体系的采收率增值等值图,得到优化配方。通过黑液体系各种性质等值图的研究,结合驱油产出液的分析结果和微观驱油的直接观察,证实了黑液体系主要通过低界面张力、乳化-携带、乳化-捕集、自发乳化、表面亲水性减小、刚性膜软化等机理提高原油的采收率。
