目前国内以及引进的液压设备的连接螺丝(主要是指连接叠加阀的高压长连接螺丝)绝大多数一直采用传统式整体螺丝。日本油研公司的新型高压连接螺丝——组合式高压连接螺丝(见图),打破了传统的整体式结构,便于维护、检修,节省工时并能减少因安装错位而引起的泄漏。其结构与传统的整体式螺丝的明显不同就是帽子部分较长,并将螺帽部分分解为两体。这样的结构有如下特点: 1、如连接多个液压元件,最上面的元件外漏或需拆下时,只要将螺帽拧掉就可将元件取下。并且螺杆(其实质是一个两头有螺纹的长螺栓)可作为定位用,这样在安装时不因错位而引起泄漏,同时也节省了时间。
At present, most of the connecting screws (mainly the high-pressure long connecting screws connecting the superimposed valves) of domestic and imported hydraulic equipment have been adopting the traditional integral screws.
