地处川北的四川能源基地、国家重点煤炭企业——广旺矿务局,在转换经营机制的历史性阵痛中,发扬负重自强的艰苦奋斗精神,加快了企业转换机制的步伐。 广旺矿务局是一个组建于60年代初的大型煤炭生产企业。在建局以来的30多年中,为四川尤其是川西北地区的经济发展作出过重要贡献。但历史走到今天,企业在计划经济体制下形成的生产经营上的先天不足、历史包袱沉重,生产资源上的赋存条件差、可采资源枯竭,改革开放形势下日益突出的市场环境不利、企业竞争力薄弱,转产任务重、资金困难等严重问题,十分尖锐地摆在了“广旺人”面前。
The Guangwang Mining Bureau, a Sichuan-based energy base and national key coal mining company in the north of Sichuan, has carried forward the spirit of arduous struggle for self-improvement in the historic pains of transforming the operating mechanism and accelerated the pace of enterprise transformation. The Guangwang Mining Bureau is a large-scale coal production company established in the early 1960s. For more than 30 years since the founding of the Bureau, it has made important contributions to the economic development of Sichuan, especially in the northwest of Sichuan. However, history has come to the present day. Enterprises are congenitally deficiencies in production and management under the planned economic system, historical burdens are heavy, conditions for production resources are poor, and recoverable resources are depleted. Under the situation of reform and opening up, the increasingly prominent market environment is unfavorable. Weak competition, serious tasks such as transfer of production tasks and financial difficulties have been placed very sharply on the “prosperous people”.
