准确地将染色体(异常或正常的)归类于各种细胞系,以鉴别该染色体是否属于白血病细胞,是摆在血液病及遗传工作者面前的一个亟待解决的问题。我们参照1984年Teerenhovi 等和1985年Knuutila 等国外最新资料,结合自己的条件,加以适当的改进,在制作胞内染色体,同时分析细胞核型、免疫学指标及染色体的方法上获得初步成功,现扼要介绍如下:1.将骨髓(BM)或外周血(PB)细胞置于Ficoll-hypque 分离液中,梯度离心获得有核细胞。
