目的测量运动对深静脉血栓形成后患者的影响。方法测量深静脉血栓形成后2组间0月、1月、6月,VEINES-QOL评分,并测量小腿部肌肉(腓肠肌、比目鱼肌)灵活度。结果运动后不会明显降低VEINES-QOL评分,活动组腓肠肌的灵活度增加4.5%,明显高于未锻炼组(P=0.003),活动组比目鱼肌的灵活度明显高于未锻炼组(P=0.001)。结论运动不会增加PTS,并能够腓肠肌、比目鱼肌的灵活度。
Objective To measure the effect of exercise on patients after deep vein thrombosis. Methods The VEINES-QOL scores of 0, 1 and 6 months after deep venous thrombosis were measured and the flexibilities of calf muscles (gastrocnemius and soleus muscle) were measured. Results VEINES-QOL scores were not significantly reduced after exercise. The flexibility of the gastrocnemius muscle increased by 4.5% in the active group, significantly higher than that of the non-exercise group (P = 0.003). The flexibility of the soleus muscle in the active group was significantly higher than that of the non-exercise group (P = 0.001). Conclusion Exercise does not increase PTS, and can gastrocnemius, soleus muscle flexibility.
