中國人民大學没有“院”的組織,系就是受校長直接領導的教学行政部門。這样,領導層次少,机構簡便,校長能够及時了解與掌握情况,使学校教育方針與教育計划易於貫澈與實現。中国人民大學的“系”,是由各有關学科的教研室和各年級的學員組成的;各系都有明確的教育目的與完整的教育計划,有些系並分设若干專修科目。
Renmin University of China does not have “hospital” organization, Department is directly under the leadership of the principal of the administrative department of education. In this way, the leadership level is small, the organization is simple, and the principals can keep abreast of and grasp the situation so that the school education policy and education plan can be easily understood and implemented. Renmin University of China’s “Department”, is composed of the relevant disciplines of the teaching and research section and the composition of students of all grades; each department has a clear purpose of education and a complete education program, some of the department and divided into several specialized subjects.
