目的:考察姜黄及片姜黄提取物中姜黄素在大鼠体内药动学过程的差异,为姜黄及片姜黄的应用提供依据。方法:SD大鼠分别灌胃给予姜黄及片姜黄提取物,HPLC法测定大鼠血浆中姜黄素的血药浓度,采用3P97药动学软件计算药动学参数。结果:大鼠灌胃给予姜黄及片姜黄提取物后,姜黄素的药-时曲线符合一房室模型;灌胃给予姜黄提取物后姜黄素Cmax为片姜黄提取物的1.76倍,AUC为2.09倍。结论:大鼠灌胃给予姜黄及片姜黄提取物后,2种提取物中姜黄素药动学参数存在明显差异。
Objective: To investigate the difference of pharmacokinetics of curcumin in turmeric and turmeric extract of turmeric and turmeric, and to provide basis for its application. Methods: The SD rats were given turmeric and turmeric extracts by gavage respectively. The plasma concentrations of curcumin were determined by HPLC. Pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated by 3P97 pharmacokinetic software. Results: After administration of turmeric and turmeric extract by gavage, the drug-time curve of curcumin was in accordance with one-compartment model. After administration of turmeric extract, the curcumin concentration of curcumin was 1.76 folds, the AUC was 2.09 Times Conclusion: The pharmacokinetic parameters of curcumin in two kinds of extracts have obvious difference after intragastric administration of turmeric and turmeric extract.
