1986年我科曾收治一例罕见的男性膀胱内全属异物伴膀胱结石和膀胱乙状结肠瘘病人。现报告如下: 患者,男,20岁,农民。5年前自己将一把粗0.04、长10.5cm的无柄螺丝刀经尿道口插入膀胱。后因尿频、尿痛和血尿反复发作,多次到当地医院就诊以“泌尿系感染”、“肾炎”等治疗无效。从1985年5月始膀胱刺激症状加重,时而发烧,并有明显的肉眼血尿,身体逐日衰弱,当地医院以“肾盂肾炎”治疗,但未见效。从当年9月始大便呈稀薄水样、量多,很少排尿,卧床不起。于12月4日到我院就诊,1986年1月3日以
