为了探讨湖南省早熟温州蜜柑新品种的果实经济性状与功能特征,从果实成熟度、解剖性状、主要功能性成分含量、加工制罐与制汁适应性等方面对日南1号等7个早熟温州蜜柑新品种(系)进行了比较分析。结果表明:旭冠果实9月中下旬果面着色程度达70%,可溶性固形物含量达12.6%,固酸比达36.00︰1,囊瓣质构硬度0.096 kg/m2,制罐整瓣率97.3%,吨耗率1︰1.09,制汁出汁率58.72%,果汁稳定性较好,感官与理化性能优于或符合国标GB/T 12947、GB/T 13210和行标NY 82.2-1988优级产品标准;山下红A系-2具有早熟高值功能制罐果实特征;蜜冠具有早熟高糖高值功能柑橘特性。研究还提出高值功能柑橘良种应避免与有核品种混栽,以防止基因漂移品种退化而导致的籽粒率高、品质下降等问题。
In order to explore the fruit economic characteristics and functional characteristics of the early maturing Wenzhou mandarin variety in Hunan Province, seven mature fruits such as japan No.1 on the maturity, anatomical characters, the content of the main functional ingredients, the adaptability of the processing can and the juice were studied. The results showed that the fruit color of Asahi Kabuki fruit was 70%, the soluble solids content was 12.6%, the solid-acid ratio was 36.00︰1, the hardness of the capsule was 0.096 kg / m2, and the flap-closing rate was 97.3 %, The rate of tasting is 1︰1.09, the juice yield of juice is 58.72%, the stability of fruit juice is better, the sensory and physicochemical properties are better than those of GB / T 12947, GB / T 13210 and NY 82.2-1988 Standard; Yamashita red line A-2 has the characteristics of early-maturing high-value canning fruit; honey crown has the characteristics of early maturity high sugar high citrus. The study also proposed that high-value functional citrus seeds should be avoided mixed with nuclear species to prevent the degradation of genetically-modified varieties, resulting in high grain yield and poor quality.
