The construction of mountain highway has led the development of economy in mountainous areas of our country and strengthened the economic connection among regions. However, its operational safety is also more prominent, mountain highway accident rates have been high, heavy and serious accidents. Through the actual investigation and analysis of the running condition of the mountain highway in our country, the relationship between the superhighway and the driving safety of the vehicle is discussed, and the characteristics of the driving on the curve are expounded. The general situation and the stress The size of the vehicle is calculated, and the unbalanced force of the inner and outer tires under different superhighway and overload conditions is calculated. The calculation results show that the bigger the pavement is, the more likely it is that the tire (especially the overloaded vehicle) will be subjected to uneven force. When it is serious, the tire will explode or even overturn, which will adversely affect the driving safety of the vehicle. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to improve the driving safety of mountain road vehicles in combination with the Code of Design for Highway Route Design (JTG D 20-2006) and the Road Traffic Safety Law.
