干部选用公信力是指公众对用人导向的认可度、对干部选用工作的满意度以及对被选拔出来的人的信任程度。提高干部选用公信力是社会主义民主政治的逻辑必然,是选贤任能与巩固执政地位的现实需要,它能够将领导干部对上负责与对下负责有机结合起来。针对当前一些干部选用公信力不高的问题,要完善与创新干部选用的方式方法以及民主选用制度。为构建提高干部选用公信力的长效机制,必须选择科学选拔、民主选拔、法治选拔一体化的道路。
The selection of public trust by cadres refers to public acceptance of employing orientation, satisfaction with the selection of cadres and the degree of trust in those who are selected. Improving the credibility of selecting cadres is the logical necessity of socialist democracy. It is the actual need of selecting and serving the right of virtue and consolidating the position of ruling. It can organically combine the leading cadres in charge and the responsible ones. In view of the current problem of low credibility of some cadres, we should perfect and select ways and means of cadre selection and the system of democratic election. In order to build a long-term mechanism to enhance the credibility of selecting cadres, we must choose the path of scientific selection, democratic election and the rule of law selection and integration.
