困难群众问题是关乎整个社会稳定、人民幸福的大问题。近年来,党和政府通过完善社会保障体系等一系列措施有效地改善了困难群众的生活状况。但在新时期,在政治保障、经济帮扶的基础上,还要重视和加强困难群众的思想政治教育,在完善困难群众的思想政治教育工作内容,优化困难群众的思想政治教育工作方法上工夫。
