近年来,运用实验经济学研究医疗保险费用支付方式对医疗保险需求及医疗服务供方行为的影响在国际卫生经济领域兴起并迅速发展,引起国内外学者的关注。但仍未有系统性介绍。文章简单介绍了实验经济学的概念、方法学优势及其在国内外卫生经济领域的应用研究,结合我国现有支付方式研究的缺陷和不足讨论并提出应用建议。
In recent years, the use of experimental economics to study the impact of medical insurance fee payment on the demand for medical insurance and the behavior of medical service providers has risen rapidly in the field of international health economy, arousing the concern of domestic and foreign scholars. But there is still no systematic introduction. The article briefly introduces the concept of experimental economics, the advantages of methodology and its application in the field of health economics at home and abroad, discusses the defects and shortcomings of existing methods of payment in our country and puts forward some suggestions for its application.
