我矿螺旋选矿机所处理的矿石多为石英砂,并且地下水的酸性极大。所以螺旋选矿机的精矿截取器因为机械性磨损和化学腐蚀,一般用不到一个月其支架和括板就坏了。磨损得比较显著的是活动括板、固定支架转动轴处和排矿管三处(如图1).
