某钨矿山410m中段西南区独立矿体的围岩风化破碎严重,为了安全回采该独立矿体,提出了采准巷道锚注加固的单进路无底柱分段崩落法开采方案,对采准巷道进行了锚注参数设计,锚注设计方案的数值模拟结果表明,锚注支护可有效控制围岩位移量、减小塑性区,研究结果对风化破碎围岩条件下独立矿体开采具有一定的指导价值。通过现场实施,采用单进路无底柱分段崩落法成功回采了此独立矿体,并有效控制了矿石贫化率和损失率。
The surrounding rock of the independent ore body in the southwest of 410m middle part of a tungsten mine is seriously weathered and crushed. In order to safely recover the independent orebody, the mining scheme of single-entry bottomless-pillar subsidence caving method with bolt and grouting reinforcement is proposed. The results show that the bolting and grouting support can effectively control the displacements of surrounding rock and reduce the plastic zone. The results of this study have certain effects on the mining of independent ore body under weathered and crushed surrounding rock The guiding value. Through the on-site implementation, this independent orebody was successfully recovered by using the single-entry non-pillar caving method and the ore dilution rate and loss rate were effectively controlled.
