人之初,住石屋,可见人类与石的亲近渊源。很多有影响的造型艺术往往与石有关,如:石窟、石器、石雕、金字塔……今天要留给未来的、最长久的其中肯定会有石头的影子。小时候喜欢做梦,没想到好梦成真,我也成了一名雕塑家。 1987年回到离别20年的北京。10余年来,风雨坎坷、喜怒哀乐,伴我创作和摸索。我是无意中涉足造石艺术领域的。由于生活的经历和命运的安排,使我与造石艺术结下了难解之缘,并且真心实意地爱上了她。命运之神对我们这些历经坎坷终不屈服的探索者,在及时有效地提供了巨大精神财富的同时,又给予了生存与创作所必需的物质基础,使我得以及时将艺术冲动转化为作
