一、当前因何事故多 最近,在日本全国劳动事故频繁发生,其中死亡增5.2％,交通事故中死亡增4.3％。 值得注意的是死亡事故多在工程建筑业发生,占总死亡人数的42％,共为837人。 劳动事故增加的原因: 1.因工作多忙 因工程任务繁重,工作多忙。有的现场监督管理人员兼管几个工点,繁忙到极点。 原来工程的内容本是效率、质量、安全、成本。因为工作太忙就只重效率,安全被忽略,结果招致事故的发生。
