我院自1986年1月至1993年4月收治晚期妊娠合并严重心脏病心功能Ⅲ级以上者行剖宫产术,现报告如下。 临床资料 一、病例报告:本组共12例,年龄最小22岁,最大32岁,平均26.3岁;孕35周2例,孕36周4例,孕37周2例,孕38周3例,孕40周1例;孕1产1者10例,孕2产2者2例;本组12例中伴发先心室缺者1例,伴发先心房缺者1例,伴发扩张型心肌病者1例,伴发风心二尖瓣狭窄和关闭不全者4例、风心二
