本文从逻辑模型角度对社会科学预测作了探讨。提出了社会科学预测的统计归纳模型，并对模型进行了分析，揭示了社会科学预测的五个特征：（１）哲学历史观特征；（２）统计推断特征；（３）有条件性、选择性特征；（４）技术方法论特征；（５）归纳逻辑特征。文章认为，与自然科学预测一样，社会科学预测具有逻辑基础，遵循归纳逻辑的思维规律。
This article discusses the social science forecast from the perspective of logical model. Proposed a statistical induction model of social science forecast, and analyzed the model, revealing five characteristics of social science forecasting: (1) philosophical historical view feature; (2) statistical inferred feature; (3) conditional, choice Sexual characteristics; (4) technical methodological features; and (5) inductive logic features. The article argues that social science predictions have the same logical basis as natural science predictions and follow the rules of thought of inductive logic.
