1920-1921年,俄国遭遇严重旱灾,作为社会活动家的王葆真,理清当时复杂微妙的国内外形势,以赈济邻国灾荒为载体,积极推进中俄建交历程,率先在国内提出赈济俄国灾荒的倡议,发起成立俄国灾荒赈济会。本文通过一组王葆真女儿捐献给河北省博物馆的相关文物资料,揭开了俄国灾荒赈济会从创建到开展活动的一段尘封日久的珍贵历史。
From 1920 to 1921, when Russia suffered a severe drought, Wang Baozhen as a social activist clarified the complicated situation at home and abroad at that time. He took the relief of the famine in neighboring countries as a carrier and actively promoted the process of establishing diplomatic relations between China and Russia. He took the lead in proposing relief to the famine in Russia at home Initiative, initiated the establishment of Russia famine relief. This article, through a group of relevant cultural relics materials donated by Wang Baozhen’s daughter to the Hebei Provincial Museum, uncovers a long-lasting dusty history from the establishment and operation of the Russian Famine Relief Society.
