应用现代化传媒手段发展远程老年教育是时代的呼唤,是惠及广大老年人的一项重要举措。它不受时间、空间的限制。不论是健康的老人,还是行动不便的老人,都可以参加学习。它能够扩大覆盖面,提高老年教育的现代化水平。福州市利用党员干部现代远程教育网(以下简称党建网)发展老年远程教育取得明显成效。实践证明,这种形式省钱、省时、省力,切实可行。希望福州市的这一做法,能对其它地区创新发展老年远程教育有所启示。
