随着改革开放的不断深化与完善,我国的国有企业也不断的进行改革。国有企业在我国市场经济中占有主体地位,在我国经济发展中具有主导作用,所以国有企业的改革会直接影响着我国经济发展的整体走势。但是,由于受到传统经济观念和管理理念的影响,国有企业的改革一直呈现“换汤不换药”的状态。对于这种状况,十八大的政府工作报告进一步明晰了国企改革的方向及路径,为国有企业改革提供了方向性的指导。
With the continuous deepening and improvement of the reform and opening up, China’s state-owned enterprises have also carried out continuous reform. State-owned enterprises occupy the dominant position in China’s market economy and play a leading role in China’s economic development. Therefore, the reform of state-owned enterprises will directly affect the overall trend of China’s economic development. However, due to the influence of traditional economic concepts and management concepts, the reform of state-owned enterprises has always been characterized by “changing the course without changing medicine”. In this situation, the report on the work of the 18th CPC National Congress further clarified the direction and path for the reform of state-owned enterprises and provided directional guidance for the reform of state-owned enterprises.
