“培养什么人,怎样培养人”始终是学校教育必须重视和诠释的根本问题。杭州职业技术学院在多年实践的基础上,提出了“校企合作、工学结合、文化育人”的办学思路,把“文化育人”作为培养高素质技能型人才的重要举措。基于此,以“文化育人”为切入点,提出了构建高职学生职业素养教育体系的主要对策,以期进一步提高高职院校人才培养质量。
“Cultivate what people, how to train people ” has always been the fundamental issue that school education must pay attention to and interpret. On the basis of many years’ practice, Hangzhou Vocational and Technical College puts forward the idea of “school-enterprise cooperation, combination of work and study, education of culture” and “cultural education” as an important measure to cultivate high-quality skilled talents. Based on this, taking “culture educating people” as the starting point, this paper puts forward the main countermeasures to construct vocational literacy education system for higher vocational students in order to further improve the quality of personnel training in higher vocational colleges.
