Using the low tilt head (-10 °) to simulate the cardiovascular effects during weightlessness, 16 healthy young subjects were observed and compared in the supine and low head two positions, parallel to swing swing-induced motion sickness Differences and head low 1h during the reaction symptoms; in the experiment before, during and after testing cardiac output, heart rate and blood pressure. The results showed that the swing motion sickness under the head low was significantly higher than that of the supine position (P <0.01). It is noteworthy that 56% of the subjects experienced symptoms of headache discomfort during 1 h of head down, and increased susceptibility to swing motion was more pronounced than those without head discomfort. It is believed that motion sickness tests at low head tilt may expose those who have poor adaptability to the head of the fluid and thus affect the susceptibility to motion sickness.
