2014年,国务院确定了加快发展现代职业教育的任务措施,提出“开展校企联合招生、联合培养的现代学徒制试点”。在我国探索和建立现代学徒制,对提高职业教育质量和促进青年就业具有重要的战略意义。本文结合我校天新ERP校企合作合作项目,在认真研究现代学徒制的定义和涵义的基础上,对中职学校现有的校企合作模式进行思考,指引校企合作项目的深入发展。
In 2014, the State Council set the task of speeding up the development of modern vocational education and put forward the “pilot of modern apprenticeship system for joint enrollment and co-cultivation of schools and enterprises”. To explore and establish a modern apprenticeship system in our country is of great strategic significance to improving the quality of vocational education and promoting youth employment. Based on the careful study of the definition and connotation of modern apprenticeship system, this article considers the existing mode of school-enterprise cooperation in secondary vocational schools and guides the further development of the school-enterprise cooperation projects.
