目的识别和分析该生产线可能产生和存在的职业病危害因素,预测对劳动者健康的危害程度,对拟采取的职业病危害防护措施进行分析,针对该生产线存在的主要职业病危害提出相应的防护对策。方法选取与该生产线类似的原有工程为参照,进行类比和分析。结果该生产线正常生产状况下存在的主要职业病危害因素有矽尘、重金属毒物、噪声和高频电磁场等。结论采取密闭产尘设备、安装除尘器降尘,使用非石棉制品代替石棉制品作为隔热材料,设置有效的隔音值班室和减少作业工人接触时间,正确使用职业病防护用品是控制职业病危害最为可行的防护措施。
Objective To identify and analyze occupational hazards that may occur and exist in this production line, to predict the harm to workers’ health, to analyze the protective measures against occupational hazards to be taken, and to propose appropriate countermeasures against the major occupational hazards that exist in this production line. Methods The original project similar to the production line was selected as the reference for analogy and analysis. Results The main occupational hazards that exist under the normal production conditions of the production line include silica dust, heavy metal poison, noise and high-frequency electromagnetic fields. Conclusion It is the most feasible protection to control occupational hazards by adopting confined dust-producing equipment, installing dust collector to reduce dust, using non-asbestos products instead of asbestos products as heat-insulating material, setting effective sound insulation duty room and reducing working-worker contact time.
