《田径》杂志1999年第7期上,发表了石宏、李毅两位老师的《4×100米接力跑赛前训练及技术要点》文章,文中对4×100米接力跑技、战术训练的阐述较全面、具体,特别是对不同速度水平的交接棒配合所需让距速查表(简称“让距”,下同),确实为读者提供了方便,解决了一些难题。但笔者认为对“让距”速查表还需从两个方面进行改进,愿与两位老师共同探讨。
