运用EITB技术分析日本血吸虫(Sj)尾蚴、肝期童虫及雌雄成虫与旋毛虫(Ts)肌蚴抗原的交叉性。结果显示:Sj尾蚴、肝期童虫、成虫各阶段不同程度地被抗-TsSARS,TsIRS识别,其识别的抗原分子量在15~100(尤50~70)kD之间,两种抗血清识别的带型基本相同。所识别的各期Sj抗原中以尾蚴抗原最多,次为肝期童虫。30天成虫仅雌虫抗原与上述两种抗血清在97kD处显出一条弱带。抗-SjARS,SjIRS识别TsSA中抗原成份分子量基本在34kD以上,以34kD和35~38kD带最为明显。提示Ts与Sj之间存在较多的交叉抗原,主要在幼虫阶段,各阶段之间有较大差异
The EITB technique was used to analyze the cross resistance of Schistosoma japonicum (Sj) cercariae, liver stage sperm and male and female adults with Trichinella spiralis (Ts) sporozoite antigen. The results showed that all the stages of Sj-cercariae, schistosomula and adult worms were identified by anti-TsSARS and TsIRS to varying degrees, and the molecular weight of the identified antigens was between 15-100 (especially 50-70) kD. Belt basically the same. Among the identified Sj antigens, cercaria antigens were the most, followed by liver worms. The 30-day adult female-only female antigen showed a weak band at 97 kD with both antisera. Anti-SjARS and SjIRS recognize that the molecular weight of antigens in TsSA is above 34kD, most notably 34kD and 35 ~ 38kD. Suggesting that there are more cross-antigens between Ts and Sj, mainly in the larval stage, there is a big difference between the various stages
