目的探讨结肠脂肪瘤的临床特点及诊疗体会。方法回顾性分析苏州大学附属第一医院2006-09-2010-09 7例结肠脂肪瘤患者资料。结果 7例患者均行剖腹手术治疗,其中4例行右半结肠切除,2例行局部肠段切除,1例行左半结肠切除。结论结肠脂肪瘤发病率低,临床无特异表现。多种检查方法可提高手术前诊断率。手术以局部切除为主。
Objective To investigate the clinical features and diagnosis and treatment of colonic lipoma. Methods The clinical data of 7 patients with colonic lipoma from the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the 7 patients underwent laparotomy. Among them, 4 patients underwent right colon resection, 2 underwent local excision and 1 underwent left colon resection. Conclusions The incidence of colonic lipoma is low and no specific clinical manifestations. A variety of inspection methods can improve the preoperative diagnosis rate. Surgery to local excision based.
