胰腺癌是一种侵袭性高、破坏性极强的恶性消化系统肿瘤，早期诊断率低、病程进展快、治疗阻力大。大多情况下，胰腺癌发现时常常已进展到晚期。尽管与其他癌症相比，胰腺癌的发病率并不高，但是其致死率极高。近年来，越来越多的胰腺癌相关肿瘤标志物被发现和研究，这些标志物的检测将对胰腺癌早期诊断产生重大的影响。文章将对与胰腺癌相关的血清肿瘤标志物以及基因类肿瘤标志物进行介绍。“,”Pancreatic cancer is a kind of the malignant digestive system neoplasm with high invasiveness and destructiveness, which is characterized by low early diagnosis rate, rapid progression and high resistance to treatment.
