前言轴流泵的比转速n_s为500~2000,国内外产品通常用n_s=500~1000,n_s>1000的泵为数很少。高比转速轴流泵可以增大流量和扬程,缩小泵的体积,从而减少金属材料消耗和制造工作量,节省土建投资,显著地提高综合技术经济效益。其发展缓慢的主要障碍是汽蚀破坏严重,可靠性差,使用寿命短。为此,国内外在改善轴流泵汽蚀性能方面,作了大量试验研究工作。我省在1969年建设的南京市武定门抽水站,采用了高比转速轴流泵,共安装46WZL——60泵10台,双向进出水流道,灌溉排涝两用。以后,相继建成的红山窑、马甸等三座抽水站,安装了同类型泵33台。经过长期运行,表明该泵机组效率低,汽蚀侵蚀严重,致使叶片与泵壳破损,检修工作量大,
