80年代以来,硅橡胶作为整复鞍鼻材料的报道较多。一般认为,硅橡胶在整复鞍鼻时,只要其周围有足够的软组织覆盖,则效果甚佳。但鼻背部软组织薄,鞍鼻整复后的远期效果如何,报道较少。自1987年以来,我科应用硅橡胶整复鞍鼻100例,经长期随访,取得一定的经验,现报告如下。 1 临床资料 100例中,男22例,女78例,年龄16～66岁。术后1～2年31例,2～4年33例,5～10年36例。鞍鼻成因:外伤27例,医源并发症6例,先天性鼻梁低平67例。单纯鞍鼻整复89例,行鼻小柱正中垂直切口,分离鼻背部皮肤骨膜与鼻骨之
Since the 1980s, silicone rubber as a whole saddle more reported.
